Satisfaction Guaranteed We offer a twenty-one (21) day money back guarantee on all merchandise on our website. If you desire to return or exchange merchandise for any reason (within 21 days of date of purchase), you MUST e-mail us at denterprise@juno.com or use the contact form provided on our website or credit will not be issued. A 20% restocking fee is applied to non-defective merchandise returns. Shipping Policy We offer free shipping regular UPS Ground to the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Your order will take 24-48 hours to process and 7- 12 business days for delivery excluding weekends and holidays. Please add 1-2 days if you order on a weekend. Return Policy Non-defective merchandise must be returned within 21 days of purchase in the same box, and in the same manner in which it was mailed to you. This is important for weight requirements. Customer pays all return shipping costs on non-defective merchandise and is responsible for returning packages within the guaranteed time. If the item arrives after the 21-day guarantee we cannot issue a credit or exchange. No exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable. For defective merchandise we will send the customer a prepaid label via United States Postal Service. Returned merchandise must be returned within 21 days of purchase in the same box, and in the same manner in which it was mailed to you. This is important for weight requirements. Customer will need to affix label to the box then call UPS (1-800-PICKUP) to pick up the item or take the item into the nearest UPS store themselves. The prepaid labels can take up to ten days to arrive at the customer's location. All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 21 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
CONDITIONS
1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Please Note: We do not accept refused shipments under any circumstances. We will not accept returns or exchanges for faux fur throws, blankets, and pillow covers that have been heat damaged by placing in the dryer or due to improper care. Please read the FAQ page and follow all care instructions when cleaning. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refunded on damaged or non-damaged merchandise, no exceptions. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. |
